Aged Conemaugh Woman Expires at
Residence of Her Son-In-Law
Margaret Dunmire Rorabaugh of Henry Rorabaugh is dead, passed away shortly before 12 o'clock Saturday night at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Dick, on Jackson street, Conemagh, her son-in-law and daughter, with whom she had been making her home since the death of her husband last December. Her death is due to general debility.
The deceased was born in Mifflin County, this State, almost eighty-one years ago, but spent the greater part of her life in this vicinity. Miss Dunmire and Henry Rorabaugh were married in 1856 and made their home for a long time in Cambria Township. Mrs. Rorabaugh is survived by five sons and a daughter and about fifty grandchildren. Her daughter is Mrs. Dick, referred to above and the sons are John Rorabaugh, of Summerhill; Israel, of Cambria Township, and Sylvester, Elias, and Simon Rorabaugh, all of Conemaugh. The funeral will take place to-morrow afternoon. The remains will be taken from the Dick residence at 1 o'clock to the United Evangelical Church, where services are to be held a half hour later by the Rev. D. L. Yoder, the deceased's pastor. Interment will be made in Headrick's Cemetery.
