|George Wilson, one of two men injured Tuesday afternoon by falling down a 50-foot shaft of the Stineman Coal & Coke company, South Fork, died at 11 o'clock last night at Memorial Hospital. His skull was fractured. Mr. Wilson was 25 years old and was married only five months ago. |
He was well and favorably known in South Fork, having been prominent in church work and in the Odd Fellows. Besides his young bride, Mr. Wilson is survived by his parents, James S. & Charlotte Robertson Wilson, who live at Summerhill, and by several brothers and sisters in South Fork.
The body was shipped on the 3:43 o'clock train this afternoon by Henderson & Co. to South Fork, where funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon.
