|Comer Sipes Dead |
After an illness of several months Comer Sipes, the well known young man of Ebensburg, died Monday morning at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson A. Sipes of the East ward. The young fellow had been suffering from bright’s disease and while his condition was regarded as excellent Sunday, a sinking spell seized him during the night and he died about 4:30 o’clock Monday morning.
The deceased is survived by his parents, three sisters and two brothers: Mrs. C. H. Holcomb of York, wife of a former Johnstown telegraph operator; Stella, Edna, William and Charles, at home. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon, services being conducted by the Rev. H. Mahon and interment being in Lloyd Cemetery.
