Mrs. John HOMMEL Passed Away This Afternoon After Seven Weeks Attack of Pneumonia.

Mrs. Anna Margaret HOMMEL, wife of John HOMMEL of No. 933 Bedford street, Dale, died of pneumonia at 2:10 o’clock this afternoon, aged sixty-eight years. She had been ill about seven weeks.

Besides her husband, Mrs. HOMMEL is survived by a brother and sister – Nicholas BLUM, of the South Side, and Mrs. Casper BASSERMANN, of Walnut Grove. These children also survive: George HOMMEL, of Kenton, O.; Catherine, wife of Andrew NAU, of Dale; Lena, wife of Emil JUSTINUS, of Washington street; George HOMMEL, of No. 120 Peter street; and John, at home. Mrs. HOMMEL was a native of Germany, having been a resident of Johnstown for about twenty years. She was a member of Zion’s German Lutheran Church. No funeral arrangements have been announced.
