|MRS. HARRY OWENS HAS PASSED AWAY
Ninth Ward Woman Had Been Ill of Complication of Diseases for Some Time
Mary Jane, wife of Harry Owens who had been ill for the last seven weeks of a complication of diseases died at the Owens home, 138 Peter street, Ninth Ward, at 1:25 o'clock this morning aged 45 years. She was born in Bedford County, this state in 1876 and was a child when her parents located in Johnstown. where her father Franklin P. Kegg, died 1902. Survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary (Wilson) Kegg of Peter street and following brothers and sister H.J. Kegg of 134 Peter street; Mrs. Mintzer of 123 Peter street; Louis T. Kegg of 124 Peter street; and Russell E. Kegg of 19 Baumer street, Mary Jane Kegg and Harry M. Owens, son of Andrew G. Owens of the local Board of Health Department were married on May 3, 1899, by Rev. Dr. J.I.L. Ressler of United Brethren Church. Mr. Owens survives his wife with these sons and daughters; Margaret, wife of Albert Neubower of 44 Du Pont place, Moxham; Herbert C., Donald M., Mary A., Elsie M. and James H. Owens, at home. Mrs. Owens was a member of Trinity Evangelical Church whose pastor, the Rev. W. M. Peffer, will conduct the funeral services on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
