Homer Davis Homer Davis, a son of Samuel Davis of Altoona, was killed at Summerhill Tuesday afternoon by failing under a freight train. The young man, who was aged about 18, had jumped upon the train and ridden about 100 yards when he fell off the bumpers and was crushed under the wheels. Young Davis died in about 12 minutes. The victim of the accident was in Summerhill to visit his uncle, Henry Davis. |
