FATAL ACCIDENT -- On Saturday last a stranger named Michael Brentz was walking up Plane No. 2., Portage Railroad, and to avoid the train going down, stepped over on the track on which the section of a Boat was coming up. He was thrown under the wheels, the whole section passing over him, and was instantly killed, his body being mutilated in the most shocking manner. We understand he was lately from the neighborhood of Blairsville and was on his way to Altoona, Blair Co.
