William J. Rose, formerly of Vinco, this county, died at Apollo, Armstrong County at 4:30 o'clock Saturday morning, the cause of his demise being typhoid pneumonia. The remains arrived at Conemaugh on Philadelphia Express Saturday evening and were conveyed to the home of the deceased parents in Vinco by Undertaker Howard Davis of Conemaugh.
The deceased was a son of Isaac and Mary Rose and was twenty-seven years of age. He was married twice, his first wife having died at Conemaugh in 1892. He is survived by his second wife and one child. The funeral took place from the Wesley Chapel at 9:30 this morning when Rev Levi S Peterson, pastor of the Conemaugh M. E. Church conducted the obsequies after which interment was made in the Chapel graveyard.
