Noah Rose aged 74, died this morning at his home in the Nineteenth Ward, He had been ill since December, when he suffered a stroke of paralysis. The funeral will take place from the Rose home at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, the services to be conducted by the Rev. Homer C. Renton, pastor of Calvary M. E. Church, of which Mr. Rose was a member. Burial will be made in Grandview Cemetery.
Noah Rose was born in Richland Township and was married 55 years ago to Emma Hess. The deceased was a brother of Ananias, Jeremiah and Isaac Rose, all deceased. Noah Rose worked for many years for the Cambria Iron Company.
