|Isaac Rose, who served two enlistments in the Civil War, died at 8 o'clock this morning at his home near Vinco, following a stroke of paralysis. He was 70 years of age. Mr Rose was with Company E 171st Regiment for nine months under Capt Maurer and 90 days with Company D, First Battalion under Capt Faher. His widow and grandson, Stanley C. Rose survive. |
Funeral services will be held at Wesley
Chapel at 10 o'clock Sunday morning with the Rev F. H. Callahan in charge. Interment in charge of Oscar Davis will be in the church cemetery.
