|Somerset, April 6 - Mrs. Catherine Rorabaugh, aged 61 years of Black township, died at 4:40 o'clock last evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Walter Sipe, of North Center avenue. The death was due to a complication of diseases, which developed as a result of a fracture of her hip suffered about eight weeks ago when she fell on an icy pavement. Following the accident Mrs. Rorabaugh was removed to the Community Hospital, where she had been a patient for several weeks. Later she was taken to the home of her daughter and her condition seemed much improved until recently, when a decline began.|
Mrs. Rorabaugh is survived by the following children: Mrs. Ann Sipe, mentioned above; Mrs. Inez Crissey, of Somerset; Mrs. Edith Walter, of Jenners, and Harry Rorabaugh of Garrett. The following brothers and sisters survive: Abraham Weis, of Windber; William Weis, of Curwensville; George Weis, of Carey, PA.; Mrs. Daryl McAllister, of Hagerstown, Md.; Mrs. Margaret Jones, of Fort Louden, Franklin County; Mrs. Lela Fonastalk, of Harrisburg, and Mrs. Rose Baker, of Los Angeles, Cal.
Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Sipe residence and will be in charge of the Rev. J. M. Feightner, pastor of the local United Brethren Church. Interment will be in Husband Cemetery. The body has been prepared for burial by Sibel Bros., local undertakers.
