|LOCAL AND PERSONAL|
On Sunday morning, shortly after daylight, the remains of a young man named McCahan were found in the vicinity of the ash pits at Warrior Ridge, a few miles west of Huntingdon. Just how he met his death is not known, but it is supposed he was run down by a freight train. He was aged about 24 years and was employed in the ash pits at that place.
