Mr. WILLIAM OTT, a member of the "Highlanders" during the Mexican campaign, died at Hollidaysburg, on Wednesday last, after an illness of one week. His remains were taken to Jefferson the following day, and buried with military honors by the "Quitman Guards" and "Junior American Highlanders." He died of consumption, contracted during the war, which disease, since the return of the gallant soldiers of that campaign, has been laying in the grave so many of their number.
