Capt. Hugh Kelly.

The following telegram from Mr. William P. Furey, formerly of Johnstown, which was received last Saturday, will be read with regret by many:

SOLDIERS' HOME.
DAYTON, O., April 17th.

To the Johnstown Tribune,

Captain Hugh Kelly died at the Home at 12:15 o'clock to-day.

Captain Kelly was about sixty-eight years of age. During the Civil War he enlisted in Pittsburg as First Lieutenant in Company E, Thirteenth Pennsylvania Cavalry, from which position he resigned April 14, 1863.

Mr. Kelly was universally liked, as he was a very kind-hearted, courteous gentleman.
