WILLIAM McLAUGHLIN, a freight conductor whose home was at Brinton Station, was run over and killed at Turtle Creek, Tuesday night, by a passing train. Deceased resided on the opposite side of the river, and it is supposed that on going to the depot he got caught while walking along the track. None of the trainmen saw him, but the employes on the train which came along shortly afterward found his dead and mutilated body on the roadbed. He was a married man, and leaves a wife and two children. |
