Directions:
Saint Bartholomew Church Cemetery is located on Church Hill Street in Wilmore, Pa. Wilmore is a small town located between Summerhill and the town of Portage, along Route 53. To reach the cemetery, turn onto Church Hill Street off of Route 53. The cemetery is in two sections with the oldest one located next to the Saint Bartholomew Church. The newer sections are located further up the road.
