BROOKS JONES DIED IN EBENSBURG --
W. R. Jones, an Ebensburg brick and stone mason, aged about 55, was found dead in his room at the Exchange hotel there, Sunday evening, after being missed all day. A Coroner's jury held at the inquest, that his death had been due to alcoholism and recommended that someone connected with the American house at Johnstown, who sold him the booze, be held for manslaughter. The deceased was a brother of County Solicitor Walter Jones.
