SHARP -- Alton J., 73, 123 Hagen Street, died at 6:10 p.m. June 26, 1959, in Memorial Hospital. Born July 5, 1885, in Johnstown, son of Joseph C. and Annie (Barclay) Sharp. Survived by son, Joseph C., Marion, Ohio; two brothers, Ray C., 118 Union Street, and Ralph, 209 Derby Street; two sisters, Mrs. George Mapes, 1467 Theodore Street, and Mrs. Harry Resley, 731 Pine Street; also two grandchildren. Preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in John Henderson Funeral Home, 315 Central Avenue, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday a.m. Monday [sic], Rev. Walden H. Hoff. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
